1st doctor's appt.

Today was my first doctor's appt. at 1:30 pm. It was just the normal blood work and paperwork. I am hoping that all the blood work numbers are right where they should be. After going through infertility treatments for 5 years and then doing in-vitro for 2 months in order to conceive Tanner we know that it's all about the numbers, they say exactly what is going on with the pregnancy and the baby. The nurse said she would give us a call if there were any doubts about the numbers. We are just patiently waiting and earnestly praying that everything is okay with our precious 3rd miracle baby.

Test 4 - Positive

Today is Tuesday. Yes, I know that Trayc and I had agreed to wait until Friday to take our 4th test but I just couldn't wait any longer. I had been feeling sick all morning so at 2:30 pm I took the EPT test and it was POSITIVE!!! Finally, after taking 4 tests I think this one is correct. I called Trayc and said, "Tayden wanted to tell you that he was going to be a big brother". He said, "okay", I said, "Tayden said he was going to be one in December!" He said, "what? you took the test? I knew you wouldn't wait until Friday!" (he was laughing and joking, of course). We waited until we were at the dinner table tonight to tell Tanner. He is so excited he gets to be a big brother again and Tayden, well, he's only 13 months old so he doesn't understand but he will when he has a brother/sister so close in age to play with. We are all just so excited - this is our 3rd miracle baby and the perfect Christmas gift.

Test 2 & 3 - Easter Sunday

Today is Easter. This morning I got up at 6:00 am and took the 2nd "non-name brand" test and it said, "positive" again but because the 2nd line was still so faint Trayc said that after church he wanted us to stop and get a "name brand" test and take it before we go to lunch with my family and tell them. After church we rushed to the store and got a EPT test, rushed home, took the test and it said "negative". This is what Trayc was afraid of but I still believe we are pregnant. We have agreed not to say anything to anyone at lunch and take a fourth test this coming Friday.

Test 1

This morning I took a pregnancy test and it had 2 lines - we were both shocked! The 2nd line was very, very faint but due to the fact that we had bought a "non-name brand" test Trayc is not sure if it is actually right so I called the 800# on the back of the box and they said, "yes mam, 2 lines means you are pregnant regardless of the faintness of the line" and advised that we could take another one in the morning just to confirm the results. We are so excited but we have decided not to tell anyone in either of our families until we take another test in the morning and if we ARE pregnant then we will tell my family at the lunch table because it will be Easter Sunday.
